Vineyard rows at golden hour

Every Loaf, Every Bottle,
Earned by Hand

At Amivida Vineyard, we believe great food and wine are not made — they are grown, tended, and shaped by patient hands. From our ovens to our vines, nothing is rushed.

Rooted in the Central Coast

Amivida Vineyard began as a simple conviction: that the best bread and wine come from the same place — slow time, good soil, and people who care. Nestled along Tassajara Creek in Santa Margarita, our land has been in our family for generations, and we treat it as a responsibility, not just an asset.

Today, every sourdough starter, every vine, and every batch of jam on our shelves carries the same promise — that nothing here is hurried, and nothing here is ordinary.

Three Disciplines,
One Philosophy

We don't outsource our character. Every product that leaves Amivida is made on-site, by people who know the difference between good enough and worth remembering.

Artisan Breads

Our sourdoughs ferment for 24 hours using starters cultivated from our own vineyard environment. Each loaf is hand-shaped, proofed, and baked in stone-deck ovens — producing a crust that sings and a crumb that remembers.

Vineyard Wines

Six varietals grown on our hillside vineyards, hand-harvested and cold-fermented in small batches. Our Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache express the distinct mineral character of Santa Margarita's limestone soils.
